Customer satisfaction is our #1 commitment at Toenailfungusmedicine.com. We are confident that you will be pleased with the product(s) you have purchased. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return (at your cost) the product within 30 days after the received date for a full refund. You may also return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Toenailfungusmedicine.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
The price of shipping and handling is excluded.
If you have paid with a credit card, a return fee of $5.00 or 3% is also deducted, whichever is higher.
To request a refund or item correction, please notify us via email yiwohu@gmail.com subject line "Return" explaining the reason for the return. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted!

If you believe to have found an error with your order, please notify us via email and we will make the corrections(s) accordingly or provide you a full refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for a confirmation response. Packages that are damaged and/or with the contents lost, must be reported to the postal service, courier service or shipping company. We are not responsible for delays by the shipper (postal - and courier service).
When will I receive my refund?
You should expect to receive your order adjustment or refund within four weeks of sending your return to the above address. However, you may receive a quicker refund. This time period includes the transit time (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
